Hey fans! Like every good LA cougar, I enjoy a good taco, and there’s no better place for a taco fix in my ‘hood than Yuca’s. So when they wanted to host a taco feast in my honor, I pounced. I can take a break from my venison sushi for a night.

Head on down to Yuca’s Friday, June 16 from 4-8 pm. You can take a selfie with me (well, my likeness), sample Yuca’s famous melt- in-your-mouth cochinita pibil and other delicious fare, and you can even grab a Modelo from the liquor store next door.

My biographer, Beth Pratt-Bergstrom, will be there to sign copies of her book "When Mountain Lions Are Neighbors," and you can also hang out and talk to folks about the status of the wildlife crossing at Liberty Canyon, the good work of Friends of Griffith Park, and other updates on the area mountain lions and wildlife.

A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the important work of the National Wildlife Federation's #SaveLACougars campaign and Friends of Griffith Park.
